Sony A7 III Hands On Review: My Honest Thoughts "Not Much To Complain About"

I had the honor to get a hands on review of the Sony A7 III from the WPPI and Sony event in Las Vegas. Sony invited myself and Ted Forbes out to share our experience about the event and for us to give our honest thoughts about the new Sony A7 3. Note: Sony did NOT pay us for anything, we volunteered our time to come out. We had a few days with the camera and were able to take a deep dive in to share our thoughts about the stills and video. This is an "entry" level full frame camera, but it gives much more then that with little to complain about. The Sony A7 III is the perfect camera for someone looking to get into mirrorless full frame and who wants to shoot weddings, events and a little bit of fast action. What are your thoughts on the Sony A7 Mark III? Let me know in the comments below.

Sony A7 III Vlog: Desert, Helicopters & More! (Day 3 & 4, Behind The Scenes)

We continue with the Sony A7 III event vlogs with days 3 and 4's events. Sony set up a few more events to test the Sony A7 III in real world settings. On Day 3, we went to a studio shoot setup that also included a really cool chance to photograph models in water to either freeze the action or use a slow shutter speed to capture a smooth long exposure. After that, we went to a restaurant to shoot some culinary in lower light. Day 4 was amazing, we went out in the middle of the desert to shoot models and more. We then went on open door helicopters to the Valley of Fire and that experience was breath taking...very surreal. These entire four days in Las Vegas was very surreal, being able to get to know the YouTube photography community a bit better. Stay tuned for the full Sony A7 III review coming soon. Thanks for Ted Forbes (Art of Photography) for helping me get out there as well: https://www.youtube.com/user/theartofphotography

Sony a7 III Hands On First Impressions & Sony Event/Travel Vlog: Behind The Scenes (Day 1&2)

I have a hands on first impression with the new Sony a7 III. I wanted to share a behind the scenes look at how a press announcement looks, as this was my first one to attend. We saw the Sony a7 III with some really needed specs that many users have wanted! For an entry full frame Sony camera, pricing at $1,999, it hits the direct market in the everyday user and wedding photographers. There isnt a ton of flare to the camera but it hits most of the wanted check marks. It's a fast camera that feels good in the hands!
This is just Day 1 and 2 of the Sony event, Ted Forbes and I will get more hands on over the next few days. Big thanks to Sony and Ted for helping get me out here for the event! Stay tuned for Ted's full Sony a7 III video!
